I assume that baby is hers. If so, then most of the weight was a result of just having had a baby.
It’s not easy to lose wight, but most moms lose weight after giving birth. She did it too.

No woman needs to put on anywhere near that mount of fat when pregnant.
She lost the same amount of weight as I weigh. I’m 6’2”.
