Other, earlier excellent Forsyth novels include The Odessa File, The Day of the Jackal, and The Dogs of War, made into major motion pictures. Also, see The Fourth Protocol and Icon.

Forsyth researches carefully and plots intricately and imaginatively. They're nonrepetitive and enthralling. Afraid he's writing less recently....
