Only one point separates Obama and Romney in the swing states.
The states collectively hold 146 Electoral College votes and include Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin.
Looks like this election is going to be like the one in 1960.
Lots of dead people voting democrat.
There goes that “bounce”.
Now Romney powers forward.
Tell that to the Doom and Gloom crown here..
OMG barrys bounce was amazing not
Also need to factor in mix of these polls.
Dem/Rep/Ind
If weighted towards Dems then it’s not as accurate an indicator as the MSM would like us to believe.
For an incumbent president to be only 1 point ahead at this stage spells doom for his re-election prospects. His team knows it and so does the media...
If it was say at 50 then yes it is bad, but since it wasn’t I’m not worried... We got 2 months to go..
Butt-ugly numbers on the daily tracking poll. Romney`s starting to get blown off the field (0 leads 49%-45%). 0 is at 52% approve as well.
“Tell that to the Doom and Gloom crowd here..”
You mean the democrats that are posting as if they’re conservatives? Yeah, I’m amazed at how many there are who are doing it. Nothing they can do will stop us from voting against the Democrat Socialists this year.
amen.....
One cannot believe in those documents and, at the same time, embrace the principles summarized in the following questions:
"1. Does this legislation or idea increase, or decrease, individual freedom and creativity?"2. Does this legislation or idea increase, or decrease, the power of some citizens over other citizens?
"3. Does this legislation or idea recognize that the persons who will exercise the power are themselves imperfect human beings?
"4. Does this legislation or idea recognize that government is incapable of creating wealth?
"5. Does this legislation or idea authorize taking from some what belongs to them, and giving it to others to whom it does not belong?
If 'thou shalt not steal' is a valid commandment, can we assume that it is meant to apply only to individuals and not to government (which is made up of individuals), even if those persons in power pass laws which sanction such redistribution of the wealth of others?'"6. Does this legislation or idea encourage, or discourage, the very highest level of morality and responsibility from the individual?
. . .when government makes actions 'legal' by some citizens at the expense of other citizens, the result may be behavior which would not be considered possible by individuals acting alone."7. Does this legislation or idea propose that the 'government' do something which the individual cannot do without committing a crime?"

An honest and realistic examination of the current Democrat Party platform and this President's policies and actions should take these principles into account.

Yes but Ras is pretty fair even if we dont like the poll results
Sorry for the double post!
This is surreal. The country is falling apart. Every trip to the gas station or grocery store is a horror show — and we have people out there saying “yeah, give me more”. This man shouldn’t be able to make public appearances without rotten tomatoes being thrown at him and, yet, he’s at 52% approve.

i follow his very closely, and trust more than others, hence the reason for my question.
Dead voters will put Obama over the top in November.

Obama Widens Lead over Romney Despite Jobs Data
Saturday, September 8, 2012 06:35 PM
President Barack Obama, picking up support following the Democratic National Convention, widened his narrow lead over Republican U.S. presidential challenger Mitt Romney in a new Reuters/Ipsos poll released on Saturday.
I think it is a good thing if Obama stays slightly ahead of Romney in the poles right up to election day.
First I don’t believe the polls, I think Obama is dead in the water, but far too many believe those poles.
Second if the poles show Obama ahead, it will keep people motivated to vote.
I don’t like the thought of voting for Romney, and many other conservatives are thinking the same. If we conservatives start thinking Romney is way ahead, many just might write in a favored candidate, this would not be good.
The bottom line for me is that we got to get Obama out of there, and voting for Romney is the only way to do that, whatever the polls may say.
I thoroughly expect to be flamed for this comment.
