may not be in there but depends on what's going on. Right up there at (a) it says "in an accident" ~ yet we hear from the woman 'cutting off' ~ so it wasn't an accident, or it was an accident ~ she didn't say did she.

When there's a dead body around then maybe somebody will look into it deeper ~ maybe not. Don't Texas cops accept these 'SYG' on nothing more than the claims of the shooters anyway? Maybe nobody will look any further ~

There was an accident, it's in the first sentence of the story:

"Houston area investigators are looking into a stand-your-ground case where after a minor fender-bender..."

So they were both required to exchange information, which would be pretty hard to do locked in your vehicle with the windows rolled up.

No, I believe if there is any dispute at all as to the situation, it has to go to a grand jury, just like anywhere else, which is what is happening in this case.
