They had just had a car accident that she admitted to. So by law they were obligated to share information.

He was lawfully permitted to be at her side window requesting insurance information and she knew it.

If in fact he did pull on the handle, it wasn't to enter the vehicle but to get the insurance information from her -- and she knew that.

Even if he was pulling on the handle, was he really "attempting to enter unlawfully" or attempting to get from her what the law requires.

Did she? Again, read the law. If she felt threatened then she was justified in shooting him in self defense. He didn't need to even open the door. All the law requires is that she believe he was about to illegally attempt to enter her car. After that any force she used to protect herself or her car is presumed to be justified.

Amazing. Whenever there a crime that is black and white you, Uncle Chip, always know exactly what happened, and even what those involved were thinking....and somehow it's always the black player who's guilty. It must make you feel sooooo special to have such power.
