Then you didn’t read this article posted earlier:

I read before I posted. The difference is that I read the whole thing. The top left is a current summary of all charges; all are currently dismissed ("He's dead, Jim"). If you read down, you'll find the license suspension wasn't dismissed until 9/19/2012, after his death. Jonathan was driving on a suspended license, it appears.

She shot him twice.
That's what I acknowledged above. I'm still trying to figure out the second shot. It looks like only one hole in the window; however, if she opened the door and shot him a second time, when he was on the ground or otherwise, you would think one of the stories would mention that.
Which brings us full circle to what I've been suggesting all along . . . let's wait until more of the details are in before we reach conclusions.
You said that Scott has reason to lie.....what is the reason?
