Wow, I wish I had said that! I just referred to the number of expressions that should be in any self-respecting bot’s allowance for doubtful accounts. Did you study or is Spanish your first or second language? (With fourteen verb tenses, I can assure you that I don’t know my head from my elbow from lol!)
I ran it thru translator
In my job I deal with South America- I should have payed closer attention in school
I saw your post and just could not resist
I can use present tense and past tense, of the most basic regular verbs, and other than that I giggle and gesture a lot. In the context of our Spanish church congregation, it really is the thought that counts!
I’m supposed to give a speech about “stewardship” in a couple of weeks, so I’ll have time to look up some of the vocabulary I don’t know ... but I’m sure I’ll still say something totally foolish. Oh, well, it’s good to make people laugh.
And speaking of laughs, Frank “fell,” which I figure means jumped, in the pond at church during the festival. Near as I can figure, he wanted a goldfish, and James told him it was okay to try to catch one. The man who brought him to me after fishing him out looked a little disapproving, but all’s well that ends well.
