Yes, it can be difficult. One problem is that when I buy things to make meals that fit the plan, other family members eat it all. For example, I bought two cans of “light” soup, so I’d have something to eat when all else failed. I plan to have one as soon as Tom’s finished using the saucepan, but I’m sure the second one will be gone when I look for it.

I try to make things they don’t like!
