A Prayer for a Family
O dear Jesus, I humbly implore You to grant Your special graces to our family. May our home be the shrine of peace, purity, love, labor and faith. I beg You, dear Jesus, to protect and bless all of us, absent and present, living and dead.
O Mary, loving Mother of Jesus, and our Mother, pray to Jesus for our family, for all the families of the world, to guard the cradle of the newborn, the schools of the young and their vocations.
Blessed Saint Joseph, holy guardian of Jesus and Mary, assist us by your prayers in all the necessities of life. Ask of Jesus that special grace which He granted to you, to watch over our home at the pillow of the sick and the dying, so that with Mary and with you, heaven may find our family unbroken in the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Just an update for all of you wonderful prayer warriors:
Daughter is doing GREAT and is home resting. She should be feeling 100% better very soon. This surgery was very much needed.
My son’s doctor noticed something amiss before the surgery and canceled it. He performed more tests all afternoon and they realized that he was misdiagnosed. He’s going to need further tests and a much more involved surgery.
This is a GOOD thing and I’m so glad G-d was watching out! The wrong procedure would’ve made the situation so much worse. I really do believe that G-d intervened to stop further damage from being done.
My hair is a little greyer today. My husband is collecting my son so he can stay with us for a few months and regain his health. He really needs family support right now.
Thank you all so much. Your prayers were VERY encouraging for me and really did help me through this very long day.
The worst is over, thank G-d!
Dear Heavenly Father, We ask You to heal Marie’s children. Lord, please give Marie strength and comfort right now. She is in need of Your embrace of compassion and love. In This I Pray. Amen.
