I think there are many more people than everyone might think who have turned to Walmart for food.
BTW, I have tried some of their brands and found them just as good or better than the more expensive options available.
I get by on SS and dwindling savings but refuse to put myself on Gov’t ‘Foodfare’.
I talked to a neighbor the other day, a teacher, who said she refuses to shop at WalMart because they don’t give good enough benefits for their employees. I wanted to throw up. An educated person teaching our kids that WalMart is not socially-minded enough. It nevers occurs to libs that Capitalism and markets once destroyed will result in loss of freedom and choices.
