I just saw on internet news that Baumgartner, the guy who did the space jump did indeed break the sound barrier. I watched the jump on Discovery Channel-it looked like something from Star Trek ‘09-I was impressed. Having a real fear of heights, I’d have died of sheer terror shortly after that balloon left the ground...
I thought he was crazy, was worried he would kill himself. It was an amazing stunt.
