He can’t. The story isn’t that Hillary screwed up because she was incompetent and didn’t put the necessary security at Benghazi. The security was withdrawn to show Obama’s good faith in dealing with the terrorists who have the missiles. The Americans were killed to stop the search for the missiles or to drive up the price to be paid to recover the missiles. The movie story was probably tied in with communicating with the terrorists. They made sure the President said it so they knew that they were dealing with him and not some underling. There’s extortion going on. They are either extorting the US or the Democrat party.
