Wow. I used to see him on Tuesdays/Wednesdays at Poor David’s Pub. Best three man outfit you could imagine. Like an adult version of ZZ Top. Just great voice and with those thick strings he could pound out the blues/rock licks. What a loss.

I met Townes Van Zandt there on the 21st of December in 1993. That guy was the “road”. Smelled like it too. RIP Townes.
