Its not the kind of thing that the press will be forced to report, so nobody will hear about it wonder about Obama’s records.
I agree, Trump already has the records. For whatever reason he was encouraged to take a step back.
So he decided to demonstrate that there is nothing that could be done and no amount of money to encourage obama to reveal who he is and where he came from.
Timing was horrible.
Only way I’d have respect for trump is if this is a game.
1. Get the records.
2. Wait for last days of election.
3. Make this offer knowing Obama won’t agree.
4. Release the records nov 1. Assuming they art bad grades, Marxist classes, and possibly foreign student designation.

If nothing else, it will get some people questioning hussein. Sure, the money is safe and will never leave Trump’s account but he planted a major slap down on him.

This is FREE O BADvertizing, Trump gets big microphone for free, O is back in corner where he started. As to what O does with it, well he's toast no matter how he responds or doesn't. I say it forces his lying hand - again.
Perhaps Trump should offer the $5 million to anyone who can reveal his records....then you would get a result! $5 million is peanuts to Obama......he is used to wasting billions and trillions. His refusal to accept the challenge will not paint him as a Scrooge to his followers....they will defend him no matter what. Stupid is stupid. Besides, Obama will NEVER willingly reveal his records....he knows what is in them. I would not put it past him to pay off someone to forge what exists, and then he will suddenly show them......just like the fake birth certificate.
The key is the Occidental record department. That is where the truth is. It is almost a given that he would have applied as a foreign student. It seems to me, that in a case like this there would be a legal way to sue for the records. I do not understand why this cannot be done. It is actually a case of national security. In the future, there should be a law that all records of politicians should be open to a committee, if not the entire public. This should NEVER happen again.
At least Trump is trying to do what he can to help the cause of preventing another 4 years of this national disgrace and national disaster.
