I will be at Rutgers Stadium this Saturday, watching my undefeated Scarlet Knights continue their march to the Orange Bowl.

Tin soldiers and Kent State's coming...

I wish your team well at their Home Coming Game with Kent St. It is always a great time for the home team.

However, I think your reference to “tin soldier...” is out of line. The death of kids is never a good thing.

You were being just a bit excited about the game I guess?

I always thought it was “Ten Soldiers”. Wondering how 10 soldiers could quash a riot.

Those lyrics are always the first thing that comes to mind when I hear the name Kent State. Didn’t mean any disrespect.

I'm an LSU guy... I was also in the US Military...

Remember, anything that can bleed for days and not die is to be concerned about.

So reconsider your nickname for Alabama..

The headlines are saying, “WVU using bye week to address problems.” IMO, that address would be the Holgorsen home.
The ‘Neer defense is...well...the ‘Neers defense. Its “What am I DOING here?” persona seeped into the O as well. Smith even threw two picks to break his string. He tried to rally them, but no go.

Well, it was a heady start to our entrance into the Big XII and we'll prolly win a few more games over the course of the season, but it ain't gonna get prettier over the next few years.

On the other hand, the Tech v. Aggie game was a lot of fun.

Kansas is a gimme. Iowa State is always tough at home. Oklahoma is not going to be pretty. Okie State is in an off year but it's a road game. And TCU is your fellow Big XII addition. Sorry but you're going to be lucky to win two of those. You'll be Bowl eligible though.

Fight, you K-State Wildcats,
For alma mater fight, fight, fight!
Glory in the combat
For the purple and the white.
Faithful to our colors
We will ever be
Fighting, ever fighting
For a Wildcat victory. Go State!

Should be a good game against Tech. Glad it's at home.

A game neither team can win.

Just remember, TTU has a history of bust’n up a teams’ road to the big game. This game is the one to watch this Saturday.

This is one of the tougher tests K-State has for the rest of the schedule. Bill Snyder and his staff know that and they'll be ready. And like I said, I'm glad it's at home.
