I believe the Senate passed 0bamacare on 12/24/2009 through the budget reconciliation process 51/49. If the Pubbies own the Senate on 1/22/2013, it will take 51 votes to repeal the monstrosity through the budget reconciliation process.

What makes you think that even if there were 60 Republican Senators, they would repeal the healthcare bill? The GOP has no intention of repealing it, and won’t even if they had the power.
