[For those who do not remember (ie young whipper snappers) Sandy Hume and Tony Snow co-hosted the Sunday Morning Show when FOX News was in its early days.]

As long as I live, I will never, ever forget the eloquence of Tony Snow that Sunday morning when he told the audience about Sandy Hume's death by suicide.

I didn't know Sandy Hume, but I had friends who knew his sister Jennifer at the RNC (she was in the Press Office) at roughly the same time (although she may have left at that point - it's been over 15 years).

It was really a messed up situation. Sandy'd been busted on a DUI and knew that the Liberal news outlets would jump all over it, and that it would be a huge embarrassment for his father and family. So he shot himself.

Don’t know much about sandy hume. Very sad. Also I really miss Tony Snow. Will have to watch that on youtube.
