It is quite "incredible". In fact, it's likely BS. Alicia Weber's world record is 39 pull-ups in the one-minute category. For the 3-min category, Alicia's world record back in 2008 was 57 (but she has since increased it).
(Ms Weber owns every pull-up record on the books in the women's categories, up until you get into the 6-hours (or more) categories.)
Maybe this random former gymnast unknowingly set a world record without any training or trying... or maybe a proud dad is boasting a bit much.

That’s a major portion of gymnast’s routine...they use their arms to lift their body weight repetitively.....Practice 6 bdays a week and 4 hours per day, every day of the year for (except Christmas day and Thanksgiving day) over 10 years when she was 16.
My daughter was a specialist on uneven Bar....
When she competed, her body fat was just about nil.....
