Regulations do not allow you to drive your own Chevy Vega (they must be leased under their new trade name Jeep from China) and turning on the headlights would endanger the night vision of at least 47 endangered species in just that one Texas County alone... additional Fines and Restitution would have to be collected especially if you crossed a County line without the proper Permit or express Written Permission to Breathe aka Exhale Carbon Dioxide (as it is a major contributor / factor of Global Warming / Climate Change and the death of Billions and Billions of Baby Seals and Polar Bears)
