I just got back from a week in Vegas for work. The food wasn’t great anywhere I went. Very expensive, very ordinary.
The Denny’s at the South end of the strip (near Circus Circus) is pretty good. Handmade burgers, friendly staff, the manager checked every table at least twice. This was last Wednesday afternoon.
Sure, it’s Denny’s, but it was a pleasant surprise, to say the least.
