It most certainly is grounds for termination. She filled out an application for employment. She was required to disclose ALL previous employers within a certain number of years. She stated by signing the application that she was truthful in ALL her responses to the questions or she was subject to EMMEDIATE TERMINATION.
She was a 1099, not an employee. I have never seen an application require you disclose all sources of income.
