While CNN’s Piers Morgan is a well known critic of America’s Second Amendment, he has now ventured into a new campaign to reform another document critical in the development of western civilization; the Bible.
During a discussion on CNN’s “Piers Morgan Tonight” on Monday — Christmas Eve — with Saddleback Church Pastor Rick Warren, Morgan argued that there needs to be an “amendment to the Bible” for same-sex marriage, because like the Constitution, the Bible is “inherently flawed.”
“Both the Bible and the Constitution were well intentioned but they are basically, inherently flawed. Hence, the need to amend it,” Morgan told Warren during a conversation where Morgan emphasized the need for America to separate Church and State.
“My point to you about gay rights, for example, it’s time for an amendment to the Bible.”

I believe that is one reason that almost all of them of them refuse to criticise Islam - they are planning to try to cover their asses if and when they convert to Islam from being merely anti-Christian like this ideological waste product Piers Morgan is doing right now.
The Bible can only be “amended” by its Author, and that Author is not named “Piers Morgan”.
I think you’re on to something. Just like Piers, I’m sure there were quite a few British officers that got shipped off to the Colonies simply because their countrymen couldn’t stand them any longer.
How about having some real guts and call for Muslims to re-write the Koran? Get them to accept same sex marriage? Maybe get rid of that ban on Pork and maybe just one wife...see what happens then Mr. Morgan.
Unfortunately, I got into a bad discussion with a “centrist” family member. His reasoning for being a centrist seems even more misplaced. It is almost out of cowardice. For example when Governor Walker was kicking the Unions asses in Wisconsin as they ransacked the city, he was mad that they he was going to get recalled, and the Republicans were going to lose the Governnorship. I told him you might as well elect a Democrat then, if you want someone to not fight these jerks, and you fear consequences and you empower them. That is where they have us now. They got the traditional people who vote for the country club Republicans fearing consequences if we dare to stop them.
They see Tea Party politicians as non-compromising. I said that is not true. I said, the only thing they do not compromise is their principles. Everything else can be discusses if the actors in the discussion come forth with an honest intention. I am not really sure I have seen that yet.
I really think we are heading for some dark days. To simply vote for country club Republicans because they will not rock the vote, is just nutty to me. My family member called me an extremist. What is even funnier he said he was a conservative and reads the Economist. I quickly pointed out that magazine endorsed obama in the last election, so its conservative label is hardly credible.
