The young man, later identified as Carlos Narvaez, was booked into the Harris County Jail on a charge of sexual assault of a child. He’s being held on $35,000 bail. Records also indicate that he might not be a U.S. citizen.

Considering that the government at this point probably knows what what brand of underwear you bought last week and what you paid for them, I find this startling hole in our...uhhh...”intelligence” amazing, if not deliberate.
