Yes, and most often between two black African tribes. Look at Rwanda. That was less than twenty years ago during St. William the Greats Administration.

The sad part is that black people are doing all the things necessary to make it happen, kind of like a self-fulfilling prophesy. You can only have so many "beat whitey nights" before whitey starts to get a little irritated. We could have all gotten along, but the race-hustling leftwing nutbags had to keep stirring the pot, stoking the racial fires. Too bad people aren't smart enough to see that.
