I figured what it is.
She is a high school teacher. They want her to teach Junior High. I quite agree that Junior High kids are not as well behaved as Senior High are. She has been a HS teacher for years and she is used to their maturity. Yes they are more “mature” than Junior High.
I haven’t met a “mature” person under 40 in a long while
