Here is what I posted:
- Find a flash light

Open main breaker
- Remove entire front panel
- remove wire from breaker
- lift breaker out
- push in new breaker
- reattach the wire
- replace front panel

close main breaker
- turn off flashlight RTFM

Some homeowners might not understand that even with the Main open that there’s still a huge hazard ahead of the main - up to a 10,000 amp fault from the utility transformer.
Even with the breaker off there’s lethal voltage present inside.

My bad. I read Open as in opening the panel to access the screws, not open as in shutting off. Sorry.
