Three cheers for Owen Groesser, an eighth grader with Down Syndrome who became an overnight social media star after he sunk two 3-pointers for his junior high basketball team in Rochester, Michigan. Thanks to his social media fans using the hashtag #GetOwenOnSportsCenter, he made it on ESPN SportsCenter's Top 10 Plays.
This is such a beautiful reminder of what gifts from God these children really are. Too often they're not given a chance because of fear -- fear of the unknown, as any shocked parent feels--myself included--when hearing the diagnosis. But giving life a chance in these perceived less than ideal circumstances can turn out to be the greatest gift and blessing any family may ever know. Just give life a chance and see how beautiful it is. Today's world needs more of this!

Deuteronomy 30:19
Here's what Deuteronomy 30:19 states:
I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:
I don't normally ping every time Sarah makes a statement on Facebook.
But I felt this was important to highlight why Lebensunwertes Leben is the path to Hell.

Do not apologize. Thank you.
Thank you Resesttozero, it means alot to me.
I have been wary not to post every little thing Sarah says or every single time some Two Bit Media Asshat mentions her. Because then I would be Pinging all the time and much of the list would start to ignore it.
But since Ubama is bringing on the Culture of Death things like these need to be brought to the surface more.
Amen, Brother. Thank you for the ping.
There is a Down’s Syndrome box boy at the supermarket where I shop, and he is just the sweetest guy. He loves it when I listen to him tell me about his day. And he’s a great bagger, too.
Thank you for posting this amazing story. Thank you for posting this sweet pic (one of my faves) of Sarah and Trigg. Thank you for the awesome reminder from Sarah to “give life a chance”. Owen has richly blessed many, what an honor to see and hear his great story.
Ping all you want, KC. Excellent.
Such a beautiful picture.
I just hope and pray GOD will bless us with this wonderful lady as a true Godly leader of this nation (even though we as a nation don’t deserve this blessing).
Thank you for posting it. I would suggest you use a darker
color than light green text. Can hardly make it out.
That young lad is gift.
And as long was we care and keep a vigil for people like him G-d will always bless us.
Even if it just you protecting them.
He will never forget you for it.
Thank you since everyone seems to think so I shall endeavor to Ping Sarah's list more.
tommix I shall also take your advice on the colour.
Sarah has five children, on one of her TV programs a few months back, she flew to see a relative that had a boy about 11 that was an older version of Trig. She said she looked forward to the day when Trig could show as much happiness as the young boy of 11 did on that day/ program.
Sarah has a true heart love of life.
God bless Sarah and her family. Protect and strengthen her day by day LORD, in Jesus name, amen.
