BIG BEAR LAKE, Calif. (AP) — Los Angeles police say they will reopen the disciplinary proceedings that led to the firing of a former officer who's wanted in three killings over the past several days.

Cmdr. Andrew Smith said Saturday that the department will reopen the investigation that apparently has led Christopher Dorner to seek revenge against former LAPD colleagues who he believed cost him his law enforcement career.

Yeah, that’s the ticket!

Maybe they will find him eligible for re-instatement with full back pay. Even a promotion.

They’ve opened the door to a new OJ style hero.

The usual suspects will accept nothing less than guilt on the part of the LAPD and the innocent victims of Dorner will be forgotten.

Some wise-a.. attorney is going to use...."extenuating circumstances" as some kind of defense?? or "insanity"???

You kill "one"....No less than life in prison without parole....

You kill "Two"....you get the needle.

Dorner's never going to see the inside of a court room. The inside of a casket, yes. A courtroom, no.

This is just PR from the LAPD.

People around the country are starting to discuss police brutality in their own cities and towns. About time, I think.

You can actually read up on daily police brutality, from accross the nation, at Injustice Everywhere. The National Police Misconduct Statistics and Reporting Project.

They need to dig up Kuntsler to defend him using the “Black Rage” defense. That is if he is brought in without ventilation.

Too little, too late. From now on until this ends, this is going to be all about damage control and spin, and spin they will. Either way, this guy will not make it out alive.

Any appeal period for his termination must have lapsed by now. The only thing they can accomplish with this charade is to implicitly reward a homicidal rampage.

People get screwed all the time.

Few of them take vengeance on those not responsible. Few take vengeance at all, really.

Dorner writes about a corrupt system - and there is corruption - but these murders are all about him, him, him.

OJ with Rodney King thrown in the mix.

For some strange reason every time the left tries to recreate another “Rodney King” type victim there just happens to be a major terrorist attack in the works.

It could be a tactic to say hey we were wrong, come on back in and be reinstated with back pay. Then he, in gratitude that they have seen their error, will return for his reward and get nabbed, or better, he will arrange a meeting at which he will be shot 75 times because an officer felt “threatened.”

This guy has a pretty good military record and the LAPD is known for corruption in the past. He obviously had something wrong done to him, so this is a wise move. The man did not snap for nothing. That said, lure him out and capture him somehow..or shoot him down if needed.

Strongly recommend the LAPD open a criminal investigation into Monica Kwan and Keith Lawrence, as well. No doubt they had done something to deserve their fate.

Worse than that. It’s the fault of LAPD’s guns, which have made us all a little less safe. If we can just get the Dept. to unilaterally disarm, things will calm down and love will prevail.

He picked low-hanging fruit to start exacting his revenge.

It shows that he has no real experience taking down a target. He has chosen to go after the families of some people that he felt wouldn’t be expecting it.

Maybe if he took down the biggest guy, I would believe this. But I think he’s just a thug who should be brought down by a SEAL.

That, and he’s anti-2nd amendment, making him an obvious embarrassment to any uniform that’s taken an oath.

Well they did just arrest a guy for plotting to blow up a bank in hopes it would be blamed on the right. (Matthew Aaron Llaneza)

Strange how that has managed to drop out of the news.

Saw that.

Sure is funny how the WH and the left is ginning up civil unrest in the three different groups, Whites, Hispanic, and now Blacks.

Perfect set up for a false flag terrorist attack.

Which group can they rouse up the most to pin it on?

Yes, of course. I was referring to his his mortal body. I am sure he will have a claim on his own little corner of the lake of fire. I do not wish that on people, but he brought it on himself.

Yes he has turned into a thug but we both know that there are more than a few cops that take out anger on criminals. I live by Fullerton where a whole team of thug cops beat a skinny homeless kelly thomas to death neddlessly and not one of those cops had thw manhood to stop the pounding. This murderer proably saw some of that lack of control but overreacted? I don”t know. I know if I were working with another officer,I would not wait and report that officer. I would make it stop as it happened in the moment. Maybe he was cowardly and did not do that and thsen his story was not believed or the blue line of defend your fellow cops popped up and he got railroaded out. Don’t forget, cops are part of government unions too and many have beeen spoiled and corrupted like many other government brats. He still needa to be taken out, obviously.

this is something a very weak society does....in the moment of crisis, decide to go after someone other than the crisis maker

shift blame...

like anything can explain away the cold blood assassin of a young woman and her fiancee.......
