With all due respect, many of us whose last name ends in a vowel
are offended by the term W@P.
I would appreciate it if you would refrain from using it or inferring, as you did, that Americans of Italian descent can be referred to by that word.
Capisce???

I know of a number of Italian restaurants where you can buy wop salads. And I have Italian heritage friends who use the term in that way. Such is life. Google it if you don’t believe it. You may consider it a slur, but some Italians don’t. It depends on the context. Same as “yankee” which can be intended as a slur or not.
