It very well could be—I was going off the heading “looters looting marathon garb”. So I had visions of folks grabbing what they could and fleeing. I guess the video could show customers casually shopping & examining the merchandise.
More like quickly shopping/examining and then casually fleeing.
P.S. (just before I watched the video, my ‘imagination’ was also incorrect)
I would hope that most were grabbing clothes for the people who were injured and going into shock. That’s what I would have done anyways.
