Well...I moved about 10 months ago, and this week I took the plunge. I now have a full blown herb garden growing on my little balcony!
My food tastes GOOD again!
Chives
Basil
Rosemary,
tarragon,
Oregano,
Dill
Sage
and lavender for potpourri.
Some house plants for color, and some potted vaggies!

I really enjoy having fresh herbs to snip. This winter, I only brought in the basil. Now that I have an additional grow space in the kitchen, I may bring in a pot of each of the ones I use most often.
Frozen and dried ones from last years harvest have been a good second choice though.
I mean...VEGGIES!
