Reckless driving gonna put a hurtin’ on his insurance premiums; he will likely have to go to a high-risk carrier when those points kick in. UNLESS he can find a mechanic to come and testify that the accelerator was stuck or some such. Or the judge takes mercy on him (unlikely in both cases).
