In my prep dorm, we just stripped the ends off an extension cord, stuck a nail in each end of the hot dog, wired ‘em up, and plugged it in! Weren’t the greatest, but they weren’t bad either!
gee? well, I would not hesitate to try that back in my old college dorm (since it had already been condemned by both the city engineer and the health department). But, I’d not want to burn our own home down.....?
