A young mum-of-two who went to see her doctor to ask for antibiotics for tonsillitis claimed yesterday she left in tears after being advised to stop having children.
Travel agent Charlotte Comer, 21, claims after writing out the prescription the GP told her it was “irresponsible” to have more than two children and Britain should be more like China where couples are allowed one child.
Charlotte said Dr Justin Landen, 43, later phoned to apologise but she has made a formal complaint.
The mum and partner Lee Hook, 28, a courier, have sons Harrison-Lee, two, and 11-week-old Freddie.
She said: “He asked if I wanted more kids. I told him not until after we got married.
“He started saying in a few years the Government wouldn’t be giving out benefits as much. I felt like I was being judged.
"I told him my partner works 70 hours a week and I am on maternity leave.
"I was gobsmacked. As soon as I got out I burst into tears. I was so angry.”
Charlotte claimed Dr Landen told her it was his job to advise on such issues when she visited him at Hill Barton Surgery in Exeter on Monday.
The NHS said in a statement: “Dr Landen offered advice regarding ongoing contraception.
"There was no intention whatsoever to cause offence or distress and Dr Landen apologises if this has upset his patient.”
Its amazing. If a conservative tells a woman on public assistance to stop having children that she can’t support, the conservative is demonized. If a liberal tells a woman to not have children to “save the planet,” the press nods in agreement.
Once the Muzzies take over it will be back in style to have big families again...

My first reaction was to be angered by this, as the writer of the article intends, but I suspect we don’t have enough details.
The way it’s put, he sounds like a Chinese population controller.
On the other hand, if he quietly suggested that she should stop having more children until she bothered to get married, then I think he deserves some credit for giving her good advice.
And are these children being supported by their unmarried parents, or by the government? We don’t really know that, either.

IIRC and I'm ashamed to say that she was one of the first women doctors encouraging abortion. I think she was doing them on the sly.

Amen. The woman claims her “husband” works 70 hours a week and that she’s on maternity leave. I prefer they be married as well, but it SEEMS that they’re both working to support their kids, which the islamoscum don’t bother doing.
