I've got a RONCO, 25WATT deal ... five trays ... works great ... cheap ... but the plastic trays MUST be rotated during operation because whatever kind of plastic they use, it'll get brittle and break.

Picked up another one so I'd have trays.

We dry tomatos .. cucumbers (yes, you can), and bananas

I have no doubt you can dry cucumbers, but could you tell me your favorite way to use them once they are dried?

How do you use the dehydrated cukes?
