Are these same save-the-bird get-rid-of-cat people the ones who want acres and acres of windmills? ‘Cause each windmill kills hundreds to thousands of birds. (Birds can’t see the spinning blades.) I’d say give the kitty’s a break. My cat has caught perhaps 10 birds in 14 years. I know, because she gave them all to me. That’s about 10,000 cats per windmill in killing power.
Got to agree. Mine went out every night, and would always bring her catch into the house. One garden snake, four mice and two birds in 9 years.
