Folks are so riled up about all the snooping, IRS targeting, gubbamint corruption that to see Foreign troops in uniform at the superbowl would be a really really bad choice on their part.
I think what this is all about is advisers swapping training techniques and such.
Until I see a Ruskie, in uniform, providing security at some mass event like the super bowl...I'll not believe it.
Of course, at this point I wouldn't put anything past this government. We will see.
What it is really all about is some unscrupulous “right wing” media sources need clicks for their ad revenue, so they hype paranoid theories as if they were real news, and gullible people fall for it.
