I don’t know why you think Singles is funny. I know several people who have suffered horribly with it. My husband’s case was fairly easy compared to some. I know a man who had it in his eye and they were afraid he would end up blind.
Correction....*thought*.I was new at the job,knew nothing about how medicine worked but that charge nurse set me straight.Twenty years of experience in that ER set me straight on many more things...very few of them funny.Heart attacks,strokes,gunshot wounds,car accidents,cancer,etc.
There's very little about medicine...health...that I consider funny *today*.
