I suspect you’ve never eaten NC barbecue. Otherwise you’d know that there are multiple ways it’s served, sliced, pulled, coarse chopped, fine chopped. The sauce is typically served on the side.

Texas seems to be attracting a lower class of people these days.

I live have lived in Charlotte 12 years now.The only decent BBQ I have found is the Brisket at Mac’s Speed Shop on South Blvd. Do you engage in any form of exercise other than jumping to conclusions?

I think Memphis BBQ and Kansas City BBQ are just as good as anything you find out of Texas.
