All of this would only add to the “circus atmosphere” I wish to provide for my niece’s birthday party. I am also looking into an Elvis impersonator. I'd recommend avoiding the fat sequined Vegas Elvis.

Wonderful idea! If you must fall back to getting an Elvis Impersonator, call anyone in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada, to inquire. You'll probably receive replies from dozens of 'em.
