July was much cooler than normal here in ATL. Last year’s July avg was 83.8F, this year was 77.5F, the 30 year average is 80.4F.

I have Pulmonary Fibrosis and can't go outside with the hot humid rainy. On god days Pulmonary Fibrosis makes one feel like they are being water boarded.
