Is Mrs. Cyrus dead or divorced from Mr. Parent-of-the-Year? If she's still among us, it would be interesting to get her take on this. If Billy Ray Cyrus honestly thinks his little girl did nothing wrong on national TV, then he is a lousy parent who has absolutely no standards of decency.
