There’s a thread here today about CEOs who make too much money. That doesn’t bother me.
What bothers me is when I read about a CEO who drives a company into the ground, is given $millions to leave. That crap has got to stop.

It seems like a silly policy, but as long as no public money is involved, why would the silly policies of private companies be our concern? Let the stockholders fix the problem.

What bothers me is when I work for a bank headed by a CEO that's been driving the bank into the ground for the last 5 years and still gets his multi-million dollar raise and bonus each year - while those of us in the trenches trying to save the bank get neither a raise nor bonus -- some for several years in a row.
Yeah, this "over-compensating crappy CEO's" bullshit has got to stop.
