Great post, but I don’t believe it.
I think all the revelations triggered outrage, which levied MUCH greater scrutiny on ANY operatios on-going at UDC.
My blind guess is this is all B.S. that has the goal of putting the public back to sleep about what’s going on out there:
“Ha ha, burn on those spy dummies, now they can’t do anything at all..! Hey who’s racing on NASCAR..?”

I don’t believe this is an accident, not for the same expensive destructive event to happen over and over and over. At least I hope no one committee is that dense. Maybe someone ‘under orders’ to destroy the whole affair, but still provide ongoing employment. Reminds me of the Ghost Towns in China, beautiful grand sweeping neighborhoods and office tower monoliths all completely empty. Why? to keep the peasants employed and cooperative with the regime.

OK so at UDC they spent $2,000,000,000 right? And have had 10 technical episodes, each costing $100,000 each, right? So that’s 100/2,000,000 = 1/20,000 = 0.0002 .
And that’s not a 2% budgetary loss, no. It’s also not a 0.2% budgetary loss. It’s 0.02 % out of their budget —a ROUNDING ERROR. It’s what UDC spends on videos and popcorn.
I am supposed to believe UDC is “burning down” over a rounding error?
This story —a good FR post— is a reporter cooking up a very catchy headline over B.S. that some very smart and very dishonest NSA public affairs officer handed him.
They’re out there crapping on the Constitution and raping Lady Liberty all night every night, totally unabated, and they’re doing it in grand style, with multiple shifts.
And they lied for decades, and they’re doing that right now, too.
Gee it is amazing what that global warming can cause. Seriously though, bout time humans came to grip with whats spewing out of Fukushima. Ignorance is not bliss.
