Ah, but they don't need a Stuxnet to fail! They're from the Government!

Yeah, I've done some federal gov't contracts. After the first one I said "never again". Then after 9-11 I broke down and joined up with a DLA project which I think was a successor to "Business Systems Modernization". Great demos, total inadequacy in operation (what is beyond clusterf*k?). The feds fired the contractor and yet the same people were hired by the next contractor to continue on, so it must of been a management problem, heheh. Except that some of the folks working on project had active retirement plans and existing seniority with the new contractor. Nothing had changed but the signs on the building...
