Regardless of CSPI’s agenda, the nutrition facts are what they are. We make faux fast-food at home to save money!

Tom just wrote a paper advocating higher taxation of food like this, because there was data to use in defending this position, while the libertarian view is mostly philosophical. His teacher’s probably a Democrat, anyway, and will eat up the reference to Michelle Obama’s exercise drive and “leaders such as Mayor Bloomberg.”

He needs guidance. There must be some objective data that supports not adding a new tax on the food that other people eat.
