Hillary seemed inevitable in early Jan 08.
Then some guy from Kenya by way of Chicago snuck in and stole the kishka.
I’m not very sure we’ll have an R POTUS in 2017, but I wouldn’t bet my next SocSec deposit on Hillary.

Hmmm, good point SB. I always thought FR was more on the laissez faire capitalist side of the equation.

When someones bitching about someone trying to make a profit on freerepublic.... With ya there brother...the commercials aren't my favorite part either but it floats the big man's boat.
Hey besides his homemade Paul Shanklin fake commercials usually make up for the real ones!

Oh, lighten up. You act like its a sacrilegious act to gripe about it, even though its true that just about all Rush does is advertise his wares. Used car salesmen are trying to make a profit too.
Honestly, from the impression some FReepers give you'd think conservatism starts and ends with turning a profit, that anything action that results in a profit must be beyond reproach.
I don't object to Rush making a profit, but I certainly don't have to agree with his methods. That's why I stopped listening to his show.
