What are they going to do, outlaw sacks and wrap them in bubble wrap? I’ve seen numerous penalties on defensive players already when the helmet contact came from the offensive player’s action.

I suspect the Tittles, Morrals, Starrs, and Unitas’s would wonder what in the hell has happened the game they knew as Football.

Maybe rampant HGH use has something to do with super fast 300+lb behemoths that can play so hard because it allows them to quickly recover from both intense training and injury?

So... From the first sentence, they lost me. On a run of the mill sack, Rodgers broke a collarbone. What does that tell you? No rule change short of banning sacks would have prevented it... Frankly, I was shocked he broke anything after that sack.

As Jack Lambert said when all this BS started, you might as well put a skirt on the quarterback if you want to protect him so much.

The quarterback is supposed to be a FOOTBALL PLAYER. Not some metrosexual squish that needs afirmative action rules to keep him safe.

More chickification.

Saw that game Y A Tittle was pummeled in on TV. I think it was a championship game against the Bears in the late 50’s or early 60’s
