She is doing far more to fight Obamacare than any other journalist. Nobody is perfect and she never sold herself as a Conservative, which she isn’t; but she is doing excellent now. I would not call Newt a Conservative either. He is into big gummit too.

I’ve never thought of Kelly as “hot” but I do like her spirit. She seems to be conservative in nature. It’s about time we got some MSM anchors that are.
What I secretely want to know (as a woman) ....is how do these gals stay so beautiful and THIN?? They’ve got kids, demanding full time jobs, have to stay smart on everything ...I guess they are superhuman. She is a RAIL.

Very true. But she is a lawyer and she was speaking from a lawyer's perspective, probably egged on by lawyer friends before the debate. Newt showed how a historian's perspective on the issue was infinitely superior. I think deep down, following his smack down, she knew he was right.
Megyn laughing about being the SNL "Pat" of politics was very telling.
a little reminder of what happened when she tried to tangle with some real smarts:.............................. Apples vs. oranges?? Newt is a professor, lecturer, politician, historian who is very knowledgeable vs. a newscaster. He eats and sleeps facts and has a great memory when it comes to bringing them forward. Everyone one in a genius when it comes to the one specialty they excel in.

I very much enjoy Megyn's show, so this is not to be seen as a negative comment..but I think Shannon Bream beats her hands down. They're the same age, both lawyers, very smart, both very easy on the eyes...Bream is more soft spoken..yet she's a very effective interviewer?
So, why is Kelly the mega-star? What gives her the "magic?"
I'm with you, Shannon is equally qualified and competent, I think perhaps Megyn has more sex appeal to the male viewer; it is all about ratings and advertiser bucks.

If she’s sexy it’s mostly in the girl next door type sexy. I don’t see her as a smoking hot, sizzling, break the sidewalk walking down it hot. She’s the smart and wholesome type - (boring) - I like her show though.

Ultimately it comes down to show content. Kelly has been a little one dimensional, anti-Obamacare.
At least BOR tries for the entertainment angle. Humor, culture, etc. Kelly will need to grow into that, if she’s comfortable with it and the audience is also.
I don’t think BOR will be eclipsed, anytime soon.
