Something in the water in Minneapolis ... or someone in Minneapolis diagnosing "autism spectrum" to make money? What's the school system's additional increment per "exceptional child"?

Actually, I am highly suspicious of anything the CDC decrees. They are historically famous for inflating all sorts of ills - especially those relating to guns, wife beating, guns in the home and childrens’ susceptibility ad nauseum.
It would not surprise me one doggone bit they included a high occurrence of the perceived problem in ‘white’ children just to give the ‘study’ a modicum of credibility.
I hear Somali, and I automatically move to thinking Islam. I cannot be moved from that assumption. In the end, I believe that will be the reason for any out-of-norm finding.

Minnesota is also the home of the phrase “Minnesota Nice” referring to the many libs who populate the Twin Cities area. For the libs, every problem is a social problem that needs massive gov. expenditures and understanding of the poor and oppressed. As libs are generally the densest people on the planet, they imported thousands of Somalis hoping to make good, liberal Minnesotans out of them. Instead, the Somalis just added to growing violent crime problem in the Twin Cities and Rochester, Minn.
Are pregnant mothers not going outdoors enough? I mean, if you were Somali and not used to the cold of Minneapolis, maybe they’re staying indoors too much.That could also explain what’s going on in Stockholm.
